The Plan

Our aim is to make a music radio show, of which i have decided to base around drum and bass/ electro. The show will comence with a jingle i will create, followed by a welcome by the host, and an introduction to the guest that has been brought in. The guest shall have a sound clip relating to them. e.g. a drum and bass piece that they have released. The show will be a serious production as if being broadcasted nationally, but will be less conjested for easy listening.

The BBC have many radio stations over the british isles, varying from BBC Radio 1 which is most commonly listened to station, to BBC Radio Jersey which would be listened to by people in that area.
Radio 1 is a British international radio station operated by the BBC, specialising in current popular music throughout the day hosted by various different presenters. After 7pm, alternative genres such as electronic dance, rock are played.

It is aimed primarily at the 15-29 age group.

For our project we have to create:

An introductory jingle.
A presenter, introducing the show, themselves and welcoming their guest .
The guest's response .
The archive sound clip, relating to the guest.
